Event Information:

Soldier Field invites you to the 2nd Annual Boat & Tackle Market on Sunday, May 23rd.  The market is open to all to buy, sell or hook a deal on new and used boating, fishing and other outdoor equipment.  There will be all kinds of games and activities for kids and adults throughout the day to add a fun festival atmosphere to the day.  The event will take place in the South Festival Lot.  There is a $5 entry fee at the entrance (free for kids under 12), but parking in the South Parking Lot is FREE! 

Booth space is available to ALL!  No matter if you are a large retailer or just have too much stuff filling your garage, this is your outlet.  Come join all types of vendors, companies and organizations that will be on hand to showcase great deals and offerings for fishing, boating and outdoor enthusiasts.  Booth and display fees begin at $25 for a 10x10 area (including parking).  Click here for a Registration Form.

Vendor Pricing:

Market Vendor ($25):  10x10 area (includes one parking spot) for an individual to sell only used equipment; ability to expand footprint to a 10x20 for $50. 

-         Bait Shop Vendor ($75):  10x10 area (includes one parking spot) for a small retail store (single store retail outlet) to sell new and used equipment; ability to expand footprint to a 10x20 for $125. 

-         Ultimate Outdoor Vendor ($150):  10x20 area (includes one parking spot) for a large retail chain (one large store or multiple stores) to sell new and used equipment; ability to expand footprint to a 20x20 for $250.

*1.  Tents, tables and chairs are the responsibility of each vendor.  Vendors may order one (1) 8’ table and two (2) chairs for an extra $10 through Soldier Field (please see registration form). * 2. For any vendor selling used boats, please refer to the display size above to determine which vendor option to utilize. 

Sponsorship Pricing
(Includes event sponsorship benefits):
-         Angler Package ($300): 

o       Up to a 20x20 display area.

o       Company logo on all print promotional material/ads.

-         Nautical Package ($500): 

o       Up to a 30x30 display area.

o       Company logo on all print promotional material/ads.

o       Opportunity to display large banner/inflatable (visible to Lake Shore Drive) on day of event.

o       Opportunity to hang up to four (4) banners around event site.

-         Presenting Partner Package ($1,500):

o       Includes all Nautical Sponsorship Package benefits (display area may be up to a 40x40).

o       Company highlighted as Presenting Sponsor of the event and featured on all promotional materials/ads (including print and web campaign) – Soldier Field’s Boat and Tackle Market presented by ‘YOUR COMPANY’ (two presenting sponsors will be sold for the event).
