Soldier Field is committed to meeting the needs of our guests with disabilities, and we welcome members of our disabled community to the stadium, which is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
 
  • Disabled patrons may be dropped off on the circle drive (east Information on accessibility can be found below. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Soldier Field provides a safe and enjoyable event experience for all patrons. If there are ways in which we may improve our services, we encourage you to contact our ADA Facilitator (details below). Below you will find information about ADA accommodations for parking, seating, wheelchairs and other areas of interest.

    Complimentary hearing assistance devices (device specifications listed below) are available by request by calling (312) 235-7233 or by emailing ESaah@soldierfield.net.

    Identification is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.

    Listen Technologies LT800-216 Transmitter on Channel 2D with LR400-216 Receivers with single earbud.  There are 4 transmitters total in the stadium: one for the main seating bowl, one in the press box and one in each interview room.
  • During events, Soldier Field’s disabled drop-off and pick-up area is located at the Gate 14 turnaround area. Gate 14 is located off of Museum Campus Drive on the Southeast side of the stadium (lakeside). An ADA placard or ADA license plate is required for access, and the person to whom the placard or license plate is registered must be an occupant of the vehicle in order to access the drop-off area.
  • Accessible (ADA) elevators are available throughout the venue and fans and all of the elevators inside the stadium are ADA Accessible. One elevator is located in the southeast corner of the South Courtyard (inside Gate 6) providing service from the Grand Concourse to the Mezzanine Level.  A second elevator is located in the Soutwest corner of the stadium on the Mezzanine Level behind Section 128 providing access from the Mezzanine level to the Media Deck and the West Grandstand. Additionally we have an elevator in The Midway providing access from the 100 Mezzanine Level to the inside of The Midway. The elevator that is used to access The Midway is behind section 138. 
  • Parking for guests is available in each garage with wheelchair accessible ramps. ADA spaces vary per event. To gain access to accessible parking, a ADA placard or license plate is required to park in the Museum Campus parking lot ADA spaces.  The person to whom the license plate or placard is registered must be an occupant in the vehicel.  Standard Parking will have a limited number of courtesy carts available for transport of the disabled guest to and from the Museum Campus parking lots.  Only the disabled guest and one companion will be permitted on the carts.
  • A limited amount of wheelchairs and escorts are available for transporting guests with disabilities to their seating locations. Guests needing to exchange tickets for wheelchair seating may come to the stadium box office to do so.
