1st Floor United Club - True Versatility
The First Floor United Club is a uniquely designed space ready to accommodate larger size public or private special events. Its 20-foot vaulted ceilings, historic columns and lakeside windows makes it the ideal space for a sit-down gala for up to 900 people or a 1,500 person reception. Trade shows and public shows will also find the room ideal for booth and display set-ups.
Rental Fee: $6,500 - Rental includes 1st Floor United Club for up to 10 hours, in-house selection of chairs and tables for up to 500 people, basic security of 8 guards for up to 4 hours, room cleaning and basic set-up and Event Manager.
